POSITION Overview:
A financial service company focused on educating and advising all of their members, is looking for an experienced Digital Experience Lead who has a background in managing online solutions. This is an organization that is dedicated to providing their customers with the most efficient online services and they need a Lead to help them create, maintain and implement a multi-year E-commerce strategic plan.
Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of the online services including public website, online banking, online account opening, bill payment, etc. Manage all online Member Services and vendor partnerships to increase and advance the organization's remote delivery options Monitor all electronic services to ensure they are in compliance with established regulations, laws and policies Monitor industry trends, stats and technology developments to recommend and implement solutions that align with the strategic plan
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Degree 5
years of experience managing online services and strategy within a financial environment 4
of project management experience Hands-on experience developing and implementing remote delivery strategies
