Job Description:
This position will perform duties to support the North America Customer Fulfillment team in the area of order management and customer deliveriesThe individual qualified for this role must be highly motivated and disciplined with attention to and accuracy in detail with strong communication skills.ResponsibilitiesExecute assigned tasks in a manner aligned with company and customer expectationsMake independent judgement within the scope of authority for work governed by standard operating proceduresWork closely with other members of the team and cross functional partners to provide outstanding service to all customers.Ensure proper execution of system tools to ensure the goals of order management are metAddress and professionally respond to all phone calls and e-mails from internal and external customers in a timely manner and by providing the appropriate level of detail to satisfy any customer concernsInitiate required action in response to customer requests and keep records updated and complete to accurately reflect actions takenGenerate reports for analysis as requestedMinimum QualificationsProficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, and AccessThe ability to communicate effectively; written and verbalStrong interpersonal skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsOutstanding organizational skills; the ability handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneouslyAbility to work independently with minimum supervisionAbility to work in a fast-paced setting Recommended Skills Analytical Communication Coordinating Customer Service Enterprise Resource Planning Interpersonal Skills Apply to this job.
