Summary:
Administers the Human Resource function and performs related tasks as directed by management to support the day-to-day functions of each operating company.
Responsible for the development and implementation of policies to stay current and compliant with new regulations and best practices.
DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
Develops and administers human resources policies, procedures, and practices in accordance with corporate objectives and federal and state legal requirements.
Promotes positive employee relations through communication, and interpretation of human resources policies and programs.
Prepares reports as needed for State and Federal compliance such as but not limited to EEOC, ACA and OSHA.
Coordinates employee-relations activities and programs including but not limited to employee counseling, interpretation of policies, Onboarding and Offboarding, employee surveys, FMLA, ADA, employment verifications, etc.
Coordinate's performance review process and compensation adjustments.
Maintains relationship with ADP (external payroll services provider) and all functions within Work Force Now (WFN).
Coordinates open enrollment process and supports benefits administration as a liaison between 3rd party benefits administrator and employees, communicating eligibility to new hires, terminations, issue/claim resolution, COBRA.
Responds to employee and management inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs.
Reviews employee relations issues, conducts investigations and recommends appropriate responses to management Assist managers with performance management and progressive discipline, addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Supports and acts as a liaison and administrator for workers compensation claims with managers, employees and WC Service Providers.
Assists with coordinating employee engagement activities.
Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (B.
A.
) or equivalent, five to eight years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Working knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
Ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels and from various backgrounds.
This includes having the ability to influence management when appropriate.
Experience in HR concentration areas such as benefits; compensation; employee relations; occupational health, safety and security.
Strong problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Strong business acumen.
Ability to manage priorities and workflow.
Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees.
Proficient on Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, HRIS systems.
Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to prepare reports and company-wide business correspondence.
Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels.
Good judgement with the ability to make timely and sound decisions.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
