Righteous Auto Care is growing and building our team, and are currently interviewing for a professional Automotive Service Advisor.
Purpose & Objective:
The Service Advisor role is very important to the success of our business.
The primary job of this position is professionally presenting customers with the recommended services and repairs made by the technicians based on the customers' needs, goals, and desires.
This role also assists in the administrative and customer service aspects of the business.

Primary:
Sales:
Successfully present repairs and service to customers based on their needs, goals, and desires, using company guidelines and best practices.
Secondary:
Customer Service:
Assist customers by answering questions and inquiries over the phone, via email, text, and in person.
Administrative:
Create invoices for clients using the company process, help process part orders/returns, dispatch repairs/parts as needed under the direction of manager/owner.
Other tasks:
Fill in on tasks as needed to maintain the flow of the shop.
Examples could be:
running a shuttle, checking in and out customers, picking up a part, or any other task that can be safely completed which is needed.
Minimum
Qualifications:
Sales
Experience:
Must have at least 1-year experience in any sales role or demonstrate an ability to sell.
Organizational & Focus Skills:
Must be able to work and complete work tasks in a timely fashion in an environment that has constant distractions and interruptions.
Computer Knowledge:
Must possess a working knowledge of how to use a Windows computer.
This includes the ability to type or dictate at least 15 words per minute, operate a cursor, view a computer monitor, operate an email account, and use common office software such as word processing and spreadsheet programs.
Communication Skills:
Must be able to communicate in English fluently, both in verbal and in written form.
This includes the use of a telephone.
Clean, Professional Appearance:

The professional nature of what you do, matters.
Math Skills:
Must possess the ability to count.
Must know how to perform basic math functions using a calculator.
