Overview:
Johnson Financial Group is hiring a Corporate Treasury & Accounting Intern for Summer 2024 in Racine, WI! As an intern at Johnson Financial Group, you will have the opportunity to be heard, keep growing and make a difference.
You will be part of our campus program to gain the skills and knowledge needed to take on roles similar to those described below.
Only students currently enrolled in an academic program and returning to their studies will be considered for internship opportunities.
You will gain exposure and insight to the following:
Supports processes for short-term liquidity management, fund transfer pricing, contingency funding objectives, and counterparty risk.
Assists in the development of interest rate and market risk analyses for the Asset/Liability Committee and its related Working Groups.
Assists in management, reporting and operations of the Banks $1 billion investment portfolio.
Support the off-balance sheet activity, inclusive of swaps and other derivatives products for the company and its clients.
Supports the production of financial, regulatory, and management reporting.
Executes work to support timely, accurate, and efficient monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting processes.
Analyzes data and information to provide financial, regulatory, and related risk insights and recommendations.
Supports the interpretation and definition of internal and external policies (US GAAP) and regulatory requirements.
Provides information and support the process for internal and external audits.
Broader work or accountabilities may be assigned as needed.
Qualifications:
As a full-time employee, we would require 1-3 years of experience, however as part of the internship program, we are looking for motivated individuals with a strong desire to learn.
Pursuing a Bachelors degree.
Candidates pursuing a major in Finance or Accounting preferred.
Junior status or above preferred.
GPA of 3.
0 or above preferred.
Strong verbal & written communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good organization skills.
Good collaboration & team skills.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
