About the job Business Development Manager- Membrane Components and Service will develop sustainable and profitable sales growth for membrane elements in the targeted markets including dairy and protein.
Keep up with market, industry, and technology trends as it relates to membrane technology.
Participate in relevant industry trade shows and conferences, as necessary.
Collaborate with sales manager annually to develop sales goals and budgets.
Identify new OEM channels and end user opportunities to grow membrane business across multiple markets.
Provide both a consultative and technical sales approach for customers and end users to add value to their experience with Alfa Laval and our products.
Give presentations on our membrane products and services, as necessary.
What you know You have a bachelor's degree in chemical or mechanical engineering (preferred) or business and:
3-5 years minimum related sales experience in process related value selling environment.
Competence in membrane filtration separation technologies Ability to travel up to 40%-50% of the time.

The base salary for this role is typically $100,000 - $125,000 base.
