Primary responsibilities include:
Direct multidisciplinary teams in support of program and project structuring, start-up, planning, delivery, and closeout Direct, review and advise program and project teams on procurement and delivery methodologies Direct, review and advise program and project teams on budget development and cost control Direct, review and advise program and project teams on program risks through program and project life cycle Review and advice on program stakeholder management Lead owner-led meetings, and represent the team in delivery partner-led or stakeholder-led meetings Participate in project start-up, planning, procurement, design development, pre-construction, and construction meetings Evaluate project team's design development, construction methods, techniques, and phasing Assist in identifying, developing a plan, and resolving issues as they arise during planning, procurement, design development, construction, and closeout Assist with program schedule and specific project CPM schedule updates and sequencing including submittal status and production analysis.
Advise program team with functional area reporting as required Responsible for Quality Control implementation and documentation on specific program functional areas for adherence to the Project's policies and contract requirements Manage safety planning, execution, and documentation on the project.
Assist project team with scope review of change management and schedule impacts as well as development of fragments and/or major CPM schedule modifications Assist with handling of subcontractor claims and back charges Establish and maintain effective relationships with all Project parties and stakeholders Qualifications include:
BA or BS degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline Requires a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, with at least 10 years of experience managing large, complex projects and programs Must have experience managing multidisciplinary teams across the complete program life cycle Requires prior experience with procurement and delivery methodologies Previous experience managing programs in multiple geographies a plus Prior experience managing programs across different market sectors a plus Prior experience managing programs for public and private sectors a plus Experience in leveraging new technologies Recommended Skills Architecture Change Management Claim Processing Construction Construction Management Financial Management Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
