Position Overview Responsible for ensuring the growth of the company by developing new and maintaining existing favorable relationships with customers over the phone.
Ensures that organizational services consistently meet customer and carrier needs.
Work with multiple teams within the company structure to ensure success.
Duties and Responsibilities Proactive, continued development and servicing of new and existing customers, inclusive of vertical market(s) potential Update and maintain sales activities via CRM Perform varied aspects of the sales process in support of the business/customer need Continued maintenance and development of positive customer relations An employee may also have additional responsibilities in accordance with supporting a specific department(s)/division(s) and/or be assigned with specific, individualized tasks Meet and exceed annual sales goals Expand market/territory knowledge through direct telephone solicitation, lead development, and other marketing activities Rate quotations, logistics planning, and operational optimization Required Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent Proficient computer literacy 1-3 years of outside sales representative/sales account representative experience preferred Excellent oral and written communication skills Well-developed presentation skills and customer relations skills Outstanding organizational, Time Management, and Analytical skills Goal-oriented, self-disciplined, and self-motivated to produce results Demonstrates effective negotiations and closing techniques Benefits Health Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision) Life Insurance Vacation 7 Paid Holidays 401K Salary
