Qualifications:
Must have a high school diploma, general clerical skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must have outstanding service skills.
Previous home care, scheduling or human resource knowledge preferred.
Must maintain strict code of confidentiality.
Essential Job Functions:
Respond to inquiries regarding job opportunities for caregivers and conducts interviews, background checks and reference checks.
Provides agency orientation for caregivers.
May need to travel to our Kenosha Office for backup at times.
completes all filing as it relates to caregiver personnel files.
Maintaining required office files for caregivers.
Assist in training caregivers with Electronic Visit Verification (EVV).
Maintains daily caregiver attendance log.
Monitor the completion of Caregiver Performance Reviews and merit increases.
Backup for Racine Scheduling Office.
May need to travel to our Kenosha Office for backup at times.
Provide assistance as needed with projects and other duties as assigned.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
