In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the front desk and providing support to the overall management of the club.
Responsibilities:
Front Desk Management:
Supervise and lead the front desk staff.
Ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes.
Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Club Operations:
Assist in the overall management of club activities.
Collaborate with other department heads to enhance member experience.
Contribute to the development and implementation of club policies.
Team Leadership:
Conduct training sessions for new employees.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Administrative Tasks:
Manage schedules, appointments, and reservations.
Maintain accurate records and reports.
Assist in budget planning and cost control.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in front desk management or club operations.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Knowledge of hospitality software and systems.
