This position is 30 hours per week, Monday - Friday 1st shift.
Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations of club reception including processing inbound/outbound mail, processing shipments and postage, greeting member and visitors, and answering telephone calls Purchase and manage inventory of office supplies Assist members with making reservations Answer member inquiries Send monthly statements to members Work on special projects as assigned Qualifications Two years of previous office experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office required Demonstrated quality written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Flexible attitude and hardworking Must be able to reach, bend and lift at least 25 lbs.
