Keeps everything organized on SharePointFacilitates client presentation preparation include slide deck development. Works with business development and operations management to determine what should be included in the slide decks.Helps organize and deliver jobsite team events and lunchesInterfaces with technical professionals in the writing, editing, and publication of various types of documents. Ensures proposal input is accurate, compelling and timely.Designs and updates marketing collateral and ensures commitment to branding and marketing strategies.QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Journalism, English or related degree or relevant experience.3 - 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in the AEC industry.Mandatory proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), Word, PowerPoint and Excel.Strong organizational and communication skills (written and oral).A good eye for visualization, layout, and/or graphic design skills to facilitate appealing and effective communication.Strong writing and editing skills (including grammar and punctuation).Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Attention to detail and excellent proofreading abilities.Ability to multi-task, be proactive, work independently or in a team setting and establish priorities.Efficiently work under pressure in a dynamic deadline-driven environment.If hired by The Walsh Group, you must be in compliance with your employment location's COVID-19 related requirements, if any.The Walsh Group, Ltd. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
