Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesDISH Retail Wireless is seeking an Account Executive responsible for overseeing performance in a designated Boost Mobile store territoryIn this role, you will collaborate with retail store owners to enhance their business operations and ensure compliance across various store typesLeading projects and teams, you will offer coaching and sales training to front-line sales teamsActing as the main point of contact for questions and issues at retail stores, you will also foster relationships with external partners, internal teams, and vendor partners to drive overall performanceAdditionally, this position includes the benefit of a company vehicle.
Key
Responsibilities:
Visit retail store locations and provide coaching, and training via role plays and side-by-side selling with sales representativesInspecting and driving marketing campaigns at retail storesMaking daily calls to stores to help drive performanceReceiving calls as the first point of contact to help resolve customer escalationsMaintaining and driving accountability of Boost brand standards in all stores in the territoryUsing local knowledge and real estate contacts to identify new retail points of distributionCommunication with store owners driving their business sales performanceImplementing plans to exceed sales quota across the territoryMaintaining an expert level of product knowledge for all Boost products and servicesSkills, Experience and RequirementsEducation and/or
Experience:
Bachelor's degree and four years related work experience or eight years related work experience post-high school4
years of sales and/or account management experience3
years of training, relationship development, planning, or business management1
years selling wireless products or servicesSkills and
Qualifications:
Must have a valid driver's license, three years of active driving history, completed driver's safety training, and otherwise comply with DISH's Driver Safety Policy and guidelinesContract or vendor relationship experienceMust adapt well to change and enjoy working in a fast-paced sales environmentBe available to quickly formulate and provide solutions for escalations that arise during retail business hoursExhibit excellent time management skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities simultaneouslyAbility to provide sales and marketing counseling to owners and sales representativesMust demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skillsMust be able to work well individually and as a member of a teamSalary RangesCompensation:
$49,200.
