REQUIREMENTS --- SPANISH:
Ability to speak Spanish fluently
Experience:
At least 2 months of experience working in a dental office.
FULL TIME position- Availability to work Saturdays BUT not necessarily work every Saturday.
Ability to start as early as 8:
15am Ability to work as late as 6-7pm during the week when on the schedule Ability to work as late as 3-4 pm on Saturday when on the schedule Receptionist Position
Responsibilities:
As our Receptionist, you'll be the first friendly face our patients see.

Greeting patients Answering phones, Checking-in patients, Insurance Verification Maintain and manage patient records according to HIPAA guidelines.
Receptionist Position Requirements:
Excellent communication skills Excellent customer service Organized Pleasant attitude & personality Knowledge of dental terminology Ability to work with computers 2-handed typing The ability to clearly and effectively communicate dental procedures and terminology.
Demonstrate flexibility, especially in stressful situations, and maintain a positive attitude.
Maintain patient confidentiality through HIPAA compliance Experience working with Open Dental is preferred but not necessary.
