Responsibilities: - Scope, develop and execute integration project plans - Act as a Merger and Acquisitions SME and lead the integration teams to guarantee that the business objectives for MA are delivered - Learn and understand the capabilities and strategies of Infrastructure and Operations to incorporate into businesses that are acquired - Finalize and maintain a script for Mergers and Acquisitions to improve business benefits and speed up integration cycle time - Monitor, track and report the status of MA initiatives by setting up governance and communication plans for various levels of management REQUIREMENTS:- Bachelor's Degree - 10 years supporting IT
services
- 5 years working as a Project/Program Manager for large-scale projects - In-depth, hands-on experience working with various technology towers; networks, end user computing, Servers and storage - Experience working on and leading global MA integration projects - Knowledge of financials and fiscal management If you are interested in this job opportunity, contact TeamBradley today to learn more!
