. We are seeking an
experienced
Quality Manager
for our Franksville, WI location.
The function of the Quality Manager is to manage all quality functions for all corporate operating divisions. Must be a leader and a change agent.
Requirements:
Manage and ensure compliance with company's Quality and ISO 9001:2008 policies and procedures as well as Federal, State, and Local Environmental and Safety Regulations.
Define, implement, and manage quality control system encompassing entire product creation, production and sales process.
Communicate, monitor and ensure progress toward attainment of location and company goals.
Oversee Environmental Compliance Program including VOC/HAP calculations, Annual Air Emissions Inventory, Annual Monitoring Report and Compliance Demonstration Report, etc.
Prepare for and coordinate internal and external Quality and Environmental audits.
Conduct Quarterly Management Reviews of the Quality System.
Ensure compliance with all mandated policies and practices including monthly inspections.
Demonstrate solid project management skills.
Education and
Experience:
Two or four year Technical Degree in manufacturing or quality related fields.
Minimum experience level of 3 years industrial work experience preferably in an ISO quality environment.
Experience with Environmental Compliance in an industrial environment dealing with VOC's.
Current knowledge of Corporate, Industry, Federal, State andEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
