Job Title:Inside Sales/Telesales Specialist
Job Description:
As a representative for our Company, you will be part of a telesales/outbound calling team responsible for aggressively growing our customer base.
Responsibilities:
o Generating and qualifying leads through cold calling
o Managing leads by tracking and following up on them
o Providing support to Outside Sales Representatives
o Closing sales and meeting monthly sales goals in accordance with development plan.
o Producing activity reports
o Attending tradeshows and conferences
o Working with Affiliate Sales to cross generate leads
Qualifications:
o Minimum six months telesales/outbound calling experience
o Strong communication skills
o Ability to speak English
o Sales and goal oriented
o Professional
o Ability to work individually and as part of a team
We prefer:
o An associates or bachlor's degree, though experience will be considered in lieu of formal education.
We require
o Proficient in the use of a personal computer and various software applications.
o Strong telephone communication required
o Self motivated needing minimal direction.
o Excellent interpersonal skills
o Able to prioritize.
o Above average verbal and writtenEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
