Specific responsibilities include:
Act as the focal point to represent the Commercial organization on strategic initiatives being delivered in collaboration with the brand
Provide strategic direction for the brand on system opportunities, improvements, etc. to insure optimal use and effectiveness
Be responsible for work planning and facilitation of key deliverables related to the activities that support strategic initiatives between the brand
Engage with various stakeholders in the organization to determine business requirements and drive work activities.
Development of Retail & Wholesale plans, market share plans, industry forecasts on a monthly basis.
The Operations Business Manager will demonstrate strong leadership, understand reporting and process management through effective communication and implementation of process improvements with coworkers and potential clients.
Develop and initiate best practices in forecasting, planning and reporting requirements. Continuously seek opportunities for process improvements that will benefit the brand as a whole.
REQUIRED MINIMUM SKILL SET
5 years or more related work experience in Agricultural or Construction equipment or Heavy Manufacturing equipment industries required
Bachelor's degree in related field
Experience in managing a sales territory with regard to Unit & Market share growth a plus.
Demonstrated skill in business planning
Proficient in sales analytics
Ability to generate reporting from data sources for all organization levels
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Customer-focused
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
