Position Description:
Modine Manufacturing Company is seeking a Technical Writer Intern for our CommercialProducts Group. In this role you will be taking your communication skills and knowledge oftechnical projects to assist Product Managers with literature creation and maintenancewithin Microsoft Word and Adobe InDesign. This is an excellent opportunity to get your
foot in the door to gain exposure to the engineering field.
Projects Include:
Literature maintenance & creation of the following:
Competitive Analysis
Price Lists (converting previous documents to Excel)
Creating technical presentations in PowerPoint and assisting with webinar training
Change requests
Catalogs
I&S; Manuals
Engineering Manuals
White Paperso

Literature updates
Product line maintenancePossibility of Additional Projects Include:

Qualifications:
AHRI Sales Data Submission
AccuSpec DevelopmentCrystal Reports/Microsoft Excel Dashboard
AccuSpec quotation activityProduct Line profitability based on current cost standards
Product Mix/Trends
Junior or Senior level status toward a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or ElectricalEngineering or pursuing a pre-engineering program or other related disciplineStrong verbal and written communication skillsRequired Microsoft Word and Excel skills. Adobe InDesign skills are preferredAn ability to learn and understand the technical details for a wide range of HVACequipmentAbility to plan and execute small to medium size projects with minimal oversightSelf-starterExcellent attention to detail
