Position Description:
In our Warranty & Reliability Engineering role, you will take the initiative in improving
processes and efficiency as you handle warranty and reliability services for designatedcustomers and manufacturing locations. This position reports to the Warranty &
Reliability Engineering Supervisor.
Coordinate production validation and audit testing of products.
Support product warranty and analyze field failures.
Initiate corrective action.
Process warranty claims and request credits.
Analyze reliability statistics.
Report warranty and test results to management and customers.

Responsibilities:In this challenging role, you will:
Position Requirements:
Success requires a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent anda minimum of two years of engineering experience.Also required is a basic understanding of:
Heat transfer and its product application.Experience working in a technical environment with customers.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to travel.Knowledge of manufacturing processes, test procedures, statistical
methods and accounting.
